Native File Collect and Native File Review, are the products of Affirm Discovery. Together, they represent the most cost effective, simple to use, self contained, client controlled applications in use today for eDiscovery collection and document review.

The Native File Collect application provides the ability for users of the software to identify, collect, and review, only the documents and emails that are relevant to a specific matter located on their computer, or anywhere their computer has access to. Using this technology alone will reduce costs associated with the over collection of non relevant data. The savings are further compounded when not faced with the additional expenses of culling non relevant documents, searching, and document review of non relevant documents that were not removed during the culling stage.

 

Once the data is identified, it is collected and the user has a variety of export options ranging from simple export with folder structure intact, review platform ready with data files, or a self contained Native File Review container. The collection process is automated, forensically sound, and can be controlled by the user through a wizard interface with multiple options. There are no "Scripts" to make. There is no "pre programming" to do. There are no licenses to deal with. Simplicity and defensibility at its best!

 

The Native File Review export is a review platform option with an internal file viewer for those who do not have a review platform. This option will hold the collected data in a secure state and provide the capability to review the collected electronic documents in native format, convert to image "on-the-fly", if desired, redaction of those images if desired, and employ customized tagging and comment options during review.

 

In addition to the review capabilities, Native File Review also offers the ability to produce native files for review or production in any format including a sub-deliverable of data in a subsequent Native File Review container. Other options include exports containing TIFF Images, Extracted Text, coded data and load files making Native Fie Review compatible with other review platforms that may already be in place.
